Fresh Start

FreshStart was launched in Belfast, Northern Ireland in 2005 by Life Coach Jenny Grainger.

Her intention was, and still is, quite simply to help people to create positive and meaningful change in their lives so that they can lead happier, healthier and more fulfilling lives.

"You two have helped me greatly learn that to trust, trust and a little more trust is a very strong and loving place to be – THANK YOU."

Laura Thompson, Belfast

Since 2005 we have supported and inspired 1000s of people across Ireland (North and South) and, over recent years, in countries as far afield as Australia, Tahiti, France and USA via the internet and Skype.

We do this in a variety of different ways which you can explore on this website.....

Jenny OldHaving qualified as a Life Coach in 2005, Jenny Grainger has been working with clients and groups on a full-time basis since then. She is now one of the most experienced and best established Life Coaches in Northern Ireland (and the Republic of Ireland). She is passionate about supporting people in creating change in their lives and she does so by working with clients on a 1-1 basis, running workshops, 10 month courses and giving talks. In 2006 Jenny decided to use her life as an experiment to see whether increasingly popular Law of Attraction (The Secret) actually works and the results since then have been quite staggering.
