Welcome to the FreshStart Life Coaching and Training website.
FreshStart Life Coaching was launched by Jenny Grainger in January 2005 and is now one of the leading providers of Life Coaching in Northern Ireland.
Jenny Grainger holds a L.C.H Diploma in Life Coaching from Achievement Specialists in Bournemouth as well as a Post-Graduate Certificate in Education and a Master’s Level Certificate in Reiki healing. In addition to her busy private practice, Jenny is a freelance motivation trainer on the Northern Ireland Civil Service Sports Association’s highly acclaimed HealthWorks programme which is delivered within the N.I.C.S. Jenny also runs her own Personal Development courses as well as providing training and talks for many public and private sector organisations. She is a regular contributor on local radio, writes for NI4Kids newspaper and her work and writing has been featured in many local publications.
WHO AM I?
Having spent nearly 10 years working in the field of Television Production, I found that the constant stress of juggling a demanding work-schedule and family life was taking its toll physically, emotionally and spiritually. Although I was aware of the impact that this on-going stress was having on me, like many others, I felt that I could not walk away from my career because of the financial constraints that I was under. My wake-up call came in the form of my daughter being hit by a car at the age of 8 and I realised almost immediately that my priorities had been all out of balance for many years. My daughter is the most precious thing in my life and, for years, I had desperately wanted to be there for her as much as possible but my TV career had not allowed me to do so. After a period of deep self-examination and self-discovery, I hired a Life Coach to help me try to regain some balance in my life and to pursue my long-standing dream of finding a career that made a positive difference to the lives of others. Within a few months, FreshStart Life Coaching was born and I have never looked back.
